You will explore local Vietnamese ingredients of all kinds--meats, produce, fruits, and spices--throughout the market and learn about Vietnamese food. However, only observing would not be enough. After watching the master prepare the dish, you can practice what you learned and prepare the dish yourself, with Chef as your guide. Then watch and learn fruit or vegetable carving by Chef to beautify your dish and elevate your presentation! Having worked up an appetite, it’s time to sit down and savor your own creation.
